I had been out searching for surf with two Costa Rican girls that I was friends with. I had brought cameras with me as I usually do. As the girls paddled out into a secluded spot I decided to wade out with the camera in my hand instead of a board. As the waves would roll in over my head I would hold the unprotected camera above water. In this exact shot one of the girls is pointing at incoming waves with the warning "Outside" as is commonly shouted to other surfers warning of a set coming in from outside.
