On my last day in Wellington, FL, I had the opportunity to meet up with the number 1 Polo Player for the USA team, Nic Roldan. After arriving at the farm where his horse was stabled we began setting up the shot and styling the model in vintage items to highlight a classic and high-end look for the final concept. My goal was to create something that honors the luxurious lifestyle that comes with the sport of Polo. We used a classic Jaguar that we were able to outsource from a local car collector. I knew all along that I wanted to capture an image that allowed the model and polo player to interact with each other while the barn and palm trees perfectly framed them in the center. The overall image presents a classy and engaging artwork that gives off a feeling of old money while tipping my hat to this lifestyle.
