A pristine 1981 Gucci Cadillac Seville seen here at a luxury classic car event called 'The Ice' in St. Moritz. Only 300 of these beautiful cars were ever produced. In the late 1970's, the famous high-end Italian fashion house collaborated with Cadillac to create the Seville by Gucci special edition available to the general public. Aldo Gucci, one of the sons of the founder of the Italian company and a designer on the project said, "The Gucci styling we have created for this car is designed to give a fortunate few owners a rare possession of distinction, beauty and ultimate luxury." On the moment captured here, Davide explains "I would normally avoid shooting at this hour when the sun is up high, but with snow as a huge reflector and a white Gucci Cadillac in front of me on a frozen lake as a subject it was only a matter of picking the angle and composition. I knew this was a special image immediately."
